Menu and pricing

Menu items, availability, ingredients, and prices may change. Please call the restaurant to confirm current availability and pricing before placing a large order.

Order accuracy

Please review your order when it is received. If something is missing or incorrect, contact 812 Grill promptly so we can review the order and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations and large orders

Bundles and large orders require advance preparation. Cancellation eligibility depends on how much preparation has already been completed. Call as early as possible if plans change.

Refunds

Refunds and replacements are reviewed individually. Proof of purchase may be requested. Third-party delivery orders are also subject to the delivery platform’s support and refund process.

Allergies and food sensitivities

Please tell our team about allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.

Delivery

DoorDash and Uber Eats manage their own delivery timing, fees, driver assignment, and platform policies. Contact the delivery platform for delivery-specific issues.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and clicks on call and delivery links. Google uses cookies and device and browser information to measure this activity. We do not send newsletter email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled.

You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining keeps the website available without analytics tracking. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Website privacy and email signups

When you join our promotions list, we save your email address, signup time, and consent and subscription status in the website database. 812 Grill uses this list for promotions, coupons, and updates. Subscriber records are accessible only to the authorized restaurant administrator. We also keep temporary abuse-prevention counters to protect the signup form.

You can stop promotional emails through email preferences. We retain an unsubscribed status so that the address can be excluded from future promotions. For questions or a request to delete your record, call 916-210-9140. Social links and delivery services take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices.
